This week we have been learning all about saving money for ‘My Money Week’. We learnt how wasting food wastes lots of money. We calculated how much money would be wasted if we didn’t eat parts of an orange or left food on our plate. We then discussed ways we could stop wasting food such as storing leftovers or finishing all the food on our plates. The children then made posters to teach others about the importance of not wasting food.
